The best customer service of any auto dealer I've been to. Living in Ottawa it's difficult to find a trustworthy and honest dealer without nonsense markups. It's also difficult to find a dealership that does not pressure or scare you into buying things you don't need. I recently bought my first vehicle from Downtown VW and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Frank was great with walking me through the models and differences between the trim levels in each one. Once I had made my decision, Lida handled my closing as Frank was away. She gave me a great overview of all the important features of the vehicle before I left, and explained the optional extended warranty without making me feel pressured to purchase it.
